1. Booking and Deposits

• A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your booking. This deposit will be applied toward your total service cost.
• The remaining balance is due on the day of your appointment, prior to the start of the service or after the service.
• Bookings are confirmed only once the deposit has been received.

2. Cancellation and Rescheduling

• In case of cancellation, the deposit is non refundable.
• Rescheduling is allowed up to 7 days before the appointment, subject to availability. The deposit will be transferred to the new date.

3. Late Arrivals

• If you anticipate being late, please contact us as soon as possible.

4. Travel Fees

• Travel fees may apply for on-location services. Fees vary based on the distance and location.

5. Health and Safety

• For the safety of all clients, please inform us of any allergies, skin conditions, or sensitivities prior to your appointment.
• We reserve the right to refuse service if you are ill or have a contagious condition.

6. Payment Methods

• We accept cash, Apple Pay, bank transfer, mobile payments.
• Payment is due in full on the day of the appointment.

7. Refunds

• All services are non-refundable. If you are dissatisfied with your service, please communicate your concerns during the appointment, and we will do our best to address them.

8. Group Bookings

• For group bookings, a 50% deposit of the total of the services is required. If any member of the group cancels, their deposit will be forfeited.

9. Photography and Social Media

• We will not take any photos of your makeup without your permission.

10. Emergency Cancellations

• In the rare event that we need to cancel your appointment due to an emergency, your deposit will be fully refunded.
